Advertising Terms

To advertise on Kamoky, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. You must represent a legitimate business or organization. Kamoky reserves the right to reject any advertiser at its sole discretion.

All advertisements submitted to Kamoky must comply with the following guidelines:

• Content must be truthful and not misleading
• Content must not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Content must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material
• Content must not promote illegal products or services
• Content must not infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Images must be owned by the advertiser or used with proper authorization

Kamoky reserves the right to remove any ad that violates these content guidelines without prior notice or refund.

All advertising payments are processed through Stripe. By submitting an ad, you authorize Kamoky to charge the payment method on file for the selected advertising plan.

• All payments are non-refundable once the ad has been approved and published
• Refund requests for ads not yet published must be made within 24 hours of payment
• Kamoky reserves the right to offer refunds at its sole discretion
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Ads will be placed on the Kamoky platform according to the plan selected at the time of purchase. The duration of your ad campaign will begin on the start date specified in your ad submission or, if no start date is provided, within 24 hours of ad approval. Ads will automatically expire at the end of the purchased duration.

By submitting an advertisement to Kamoky, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have permission to use all content, images, and materials in your ad
• Your ad does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• You grant Kamoky a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your ad on the platform

Kamoky is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our advertising services. We do not guarantee specific results from advertising campaigns, including but not limited to traffic, conversions, or engagement metrics. Kamoky is not responsible for the accuracy of ad content submitted by advertisers.

Kamoky reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any advertising campaign at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. In the event of termination due to a violation, no refund will be issued.

Your use of the advertising services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By advertising on Kamoky, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

Kamoky reserves the right to update these Advertising Terms at any time. We will notify advertisers of material changes via email or by posting a notice on our platform. Your continued use of the advertising services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
